So I’ve been coming here for quite some time. they know who I am. I always need a tip put on one of my toenails. I made an appointment. I show up thoday they put me in the chair and then tell me the boss said she will no longer put tips on toenails. absolutely ridiculous !!! bad business !! Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI’ve actually been going to this nail salon since i was 20, went to get a gel manicure and a pedicure (because their pedicures are amazing) well this time i got a foot infection on my left foot. Now keep in mind they use the liners in the foot bath but i don’t know if it was the tools they use or what, but i got a foot infection on my left big toe and took 2 months to go away after antibiotics. Also they are always extremely busy and rush around and rush you and make you change service techs. I’ve actually been going to this nail salon since i was 20, went to get a gel manicure and a pedicure (because their pedicures are amazing) well this time i got a foot infection on my left foot. I visited Spa Aree for the first time last week for a pedicure and I will definitely be back. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the pedicure was amazing. They give a nice massage, use hot stones and warm towels which are my favorite parts of a pedicure. It did seem to take a longer amount of time than most pedicures but it was definitely worth it!

I was excited to try Aree nails. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The job was Completely rushed. There was NO communication, or listening- not even a “hi” or “how are you?” My nails are a mess with nail polish left on my fingers. I didn’t even get to wash my hands between soaking off of my old gel manicure, leaving remnants of all of the filing in my new polish- which she just painted right over after I inquired about it, leaving it bubbly and thick. My cuticles were not touched. I had to come home and fix their mistakes. My 6 year old niece could have done a better job. Very disappointed. No manners. I would not recommend going here.

Although Aree Nails is crowded sometimes they do their best to accommodate everyone. I suggest not making an appointment because even if you have one they’ll make you wait till something becomes available. Their gel manicures actually last two weeks and they have lots of colors to chose from. You’re in and out in 20 minutes if you’re getting a gel manicure, which I love.

Walked in and got an appointment. Got a gel manicure, very good and professional. My gel manicure was done within 10 or 15 minutes. Was happy how my nails came out and was happy how quick it took.

Excellent gel tips from Michelle (and I hear all girls are excellent too) and pedicures. Always accommodating to walk-ins even though they are super busy. Staff very friendly. I highly recommend!

I call,made an appt, and told receptionist my hands were crooked, difficult from arthritis. Told her I’d need an experienced, patient manicurist. She said they would assess. The manicurist had rushed. behooved my bright color choice (I guess I’m supposed to not draw attention to my hands) and on gel, missed sides of nails. I paid and left but when I noticed my nails in the light; there were blobs of gel at my tips and she hadn’t prepped my nails by completely removing old gel. I returned, my manicurist waved me over even though she was with a new client. I showed the manicurist her disgraceful work. Even the client agreed the manicure was ‘no good, awful.’ I explained that I would be giving a poor review. That she had disrespected me, people with physical abnormalities and herself. Upon exiting the salon, a woman followed apologizing. She offered to ‘fix it.’ I explained I didn’t want them fixed, instead I wanted the manicure to be completed well and with regard the first time.
