I made an appointment for 2:00, I was called and told to come in at 2:15. Got there and there was a woman upfront who wasn’t fluent so I wasn’t able to understand exactly what she was saying. All I understood was her asking me to come back 3:15 and I told her I couldn’t I had other things to do. I called the manager and she was on a completely different page and confirmed my 2:10 appointment. Very disappointing my husband made this appointment for me on my day off and they couldn’t deliver. Had one of the masseuses walk on my back and then use her hands with medium to hard pressure. She was very responsive and followed directions very well. The finish with the hot stones was also a welcome addition. $60 was a great price for that experience.

Got a massage on Saturday and it was anything BUT relaxing. The guy kept coming in talking to the woman who was doing my massage and instead of shutting him down she help a conversation with him as if I was invisible. It was inappropriate and totally unprofessional.
