We finally had time to get one of my kids hair cut, and decided to go here. I made it to the door and we quickly turned around to leave since the seats were full and there was nowhere to park my son in his wheelchair. A stylist ran after us to let us know she could get my son in right away and me and my wheelchair baby could sit at one of the booths. As a mother of a disabled child, we have had several instances where we had to leave businesses due to accessibility accommodations. Never, has anyone run after us to fix any accommodation issue. Ms. Annette was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us.

The people are friendly but after getting 3 consecutive terrible cuts from this location I’ll never be returning. Take the 15 minutes and go to the one at 55 and Butler Hill near the Schnuck’s. The quality of the end product will blow you away compared to the best the Deirberg’s plaza stylists are capable of. And if this review reads like an angry person wrote it please know I waited 8 hours to cool off, but I just looked in the mirror and this is a genuine reaction to what I saw. Absolute incompetence.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a haircut. Basically ran to my truck to put a hat on. Went in explained what I wanted, I was the only one there, so no wait. Had to explain a couple different times cause she was confused. Just wanted a faded high and tight, with a hard part. So rushed, done in under ten minutes and didn’t clean up sideburns or around ears. Never in my life and the 200+ times I’ve had this haircut and a hard part put in have I had it done this way. Shaved my had all the way up to the hard part and then shaved the other side lower and faded it slightly up from there. So it literally looks lopsided. Bald on one side up to the top of my head and skin 3/4 of the way up on the other side. Was going to go to the gym and run after but now I’m not going anywhere for several weeks without a hat. Maybe it was because it was lunch time she was so rushed and had other things on her mind. Idk but if anyone has a way to grow hair back faster let me know. So embarrassed. No fixing anything when shave it all off and lopsided. I look like the bad guy from the fifth element just without as long of hair on the one side
