I’ve attended Oasis Day Spa in Westchester for close to 15 years. There services are impeccable as well as their customer service front desk. The spa is sanitize and I feel anxiety free because of this. Come book and enjoy !!!!

I have been going to Oasis Day spa in Dobbs Ferry since 2009! The spa has a relaxing, calm environment where I enjoy a nice herbal tea before my spa service. My favorite service is facials with Clara – as well as waxing (“add on” services to my appointment). I hope you find an opportunity to visit and enjoy the spa – the staff is respectful, kind and helpful.

The spa was clean and the service provided by the therapist was very professional. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were impeccable and everything smelled nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the front desk person. (Dobbs Ferry Location) I felt like I had to force information out of her as to what were my options with remaining money on a gift card after my service. I didn’t feel a willingness on her part to want to assist me and answer my questions. I had to reiterate in crystal clear English for her to explain to me if I could use my remaining money to add to another service to come back; what my options were, how it works etc.. as I was a first time customer. I still don’t know exactly how it works. I left because I didn’t want to argue there and stress myself out, she frustrated me and I just said “I’ll call back and do it another day.” Maybe she was having a bad morning or had momentary mental shut down or she just didn’t have the knowledge to assist me. I understand but don’t allow that to be noticed to where you see a customer frustrated. If you don’t know something, ask. Front desk staff are are the first impression to the client because they represent the company and if they don’t treat the clients right they will not want to return. I won’t put her name here because managers know their staff, all she needed to do was show more effort and enthusiasm to answer questions so that I wouldn’t have to consider coming back. I will go back and give it a second chance because the most important aspects to me were met above my standards. I will call to set up another appointment. The spa gets 5 stars. However she gets a 2 out of 5 rating from me.

Extremely satisfied with the service and ambiance of the spa. I was so pleased with my aesthetician Cecilia, who explained the entire process step by step as she proceeded with the facial, as well as recommending a healthy regime for me to follow daily. I’ll definitely be returning.

Outstanding and reliable service and quality! They have a nice steam room, showers, products to use in their clean locker rooms including a relaxing waiting room with some yummy snacks. I’ve had massages, facials and body scrubs here all have been wonderful. Currently my go-to’s are Laura & Claire, for massage and Paola for facials (or body scrub with the Vichy shower). Laura has great consistent moderate pressure for swedish (will really work out an kinks) and is fantastic for prenatal massages (ask for the cushion my favorite). Claire is also different style but is very relaxing with her swedish massage (I’ll definitely fall asleep with her). Paola is a facial mixologist as she blends the perfect formula from the line of elemis/eminence products the spa uses, catered to your skin needs. Her application is exquisite and explanation of products is thorough. I always try to treat myself once a month and I’ve always had wonderful, consistent and relaxing service. But most importantly try ALL the therapists/estheticians and find the one that fits you! That’s what I had to do to find my go-to ladies. Anyway front desk is always on top of scheduling and reminding for appointments including receiving text messages, most if not all products are available for purchase, even the owner Bruce helps out with answering the phones and is super friendly as well (you know he’s invested if he’s doing something such as answering the phones and helping clients). Which I admire and appreciate. They have a loyal customer in me! Thanks for delivering a great product and fantastic service I can rely on!

Everyone, from the front desk staff to the calming and quiet masseuse Theo, was extremely friendly and professional. The entire atmosphere at the spa is serene and appeals to all the senses, including the relaxing music, aromatherapy, dim lighting, snacks and cucumber water in the waiting room and heated massage tables. I can’t wait to book my next massage.
