First, I said I had a wedding tomorrow, and needed to tan. I was told there’s no difference between a spray tan alone and the pressure bed/spray tan combo, despite someone recommending that when I called earlier. I wish I would’ve listened to the person I’d talked to on the phone so maybe ONE thing could’ve gone right. I asked how dark to go and she told me about 3 levels, when I asked what these look like, she said they don’t have anything showing it. I then noticed a poster on the wall showing 3 levels and she said oh, guess they do have something. Then, after patiently waiting for her to pull a few customers ahead of me, I said I need loads of help with spray tanning, I was shown 1 position and told what numbers the feet were, because there was only a #4 on the bottom of the spray tan booth (the other 3 numbers were somehow removed). I kept asking for more details, but was told the booth would tell me what to do. I was nervous, but figured the booth would walk me through everything in detail, since I was told it would direct me. I get in, the booth simply says “put your feet on 1 and 3” gives me a few seconds to look down and panic because I don’t remember where the missing numbers are or how to stand, then it sprayed. No more details were given. This happened 3 more times before I got out nearly in tears. Luckily my minimal past spray tanning experience told me to dry myself before getting dressed so I turned on a fan and stood in front of it. When I was leaving I told her how it went and said I could get a refund…. well that’s a given! I had to go home and shower, and now it’s too late to get any color before the wedding, because she talked me out of getting the bed along with the spray tan. I’m beyond upset, and in disbelief at how horrible of an experience that was, and how very little information I was given. Now instead of letting it develop overnight as planned, I get to go to the wedding I’ve been looking forward to for over a year, that my husband is in, pastey white. Thanks for nothing but stress and tears. Unless it was her first day, there was no excuse for that.

I have been tanning here for about 4yrs. The owner is great and so are the employees. They do always have good promotions for packages or you buy 4 get 4 which is a good deal. The prices don’t go up n down they stay the same so you know your really getting a deal. Love it here n great location for shopping needs.

Best tanning salon I’ve ever been to. What I like: the tanning beds are state-of-the-art, they are generous with free upgrades and promotions running all the time, it’s the absolute cleanest tanning salons I’ve ever seen, excellent friendly service, and very, very reasonable prices. I prefer salons that offer packages (and not subscriptions) and these guys do. It’s a great deal because you truly get phenomenal results in less time with the nicer beds and often they will run a promotion for a free upgrade. Staff is very professional and friendly. I really like how they even mention when the bulbs are new, so you can adjust your time and not burn. Decor is nice, I like the shelves to set stuff on and ample coat hooks in the rooms. They even have Amazon Alexa’s in the rooms you can use to play music! The lobby/entrance is a little weird because they sell a small collection of clothing too. Selling clothing aside, this tanning salon is certainly the best I’ve ever been to in my 15 years of experience. I will definitely be going back.

Especially considering the employee was all alone dealing with 7 customers at once all while cleaning rooms and helping me and 2 other new ladies decide which options to go with.
