Critical: Professionalism, QualityI received multiple full sets from this place. First time my nails broke very soon after I got them done, this is unacceptable and not my money’s worth. I did not complain and I returned in hopes of better service. Three nails broke off within a week almost as if they were press ons. I called and politely explained my issue where I was given rude customer service and was told I could not be helped. I went to the place and continued to receive worse customer and was denied the name and information of the owner. I received multiple full sets from this place. First time my nails broke very soon after I got them done, this is unacceptable and not my money’s worth. I did not complain and I returned in hopes of better service. Three nails broke off within a week almost as if they were press ons. I called and politely explained my issue where I was given rude customer service and was told I could not be helped. I went to the place and continued to receive worse customer and was denied the name and information of the owner. She asked to speak to the manager and he refused to give the manager the phone. He told her to come there in person. So, I went with her and spoke to the “manager” after she said the owner was not there. After a back and forth debate where she blamed my daughter’s nails popping/ breaking twice on her. I asked if we could resolve the matter. She said no and got loud after I said I would write a bad review due to the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism. My daughter is a minor and this is how they treat their customers. My daughter’s nails popped of and broke twice. We went in today to resolve the matter of 3 of her nails breaking in a week. First, she called and the man was rude. She asked to speak to the manager and he refused to give the manager the phone. He told her to come there in person.
