So… I just got done at this center with one of the female stylists.. got a pedicure and an overlay with gel nail polish.. not only was she rough with me, she was short tempered, my nails look awful and misshapen and she didn’t even fill the nails correctly.

I am so tired of giving this place chances. The only redeeming quality of this business is the lady who works the front desk and Amy. Every time I go here I can never have an enjoyable or relaxing time. Every time I come here I’m rushing to pick my color and when I express that I just need a moment, the nail techs just grab the color charts and rush you off and throw a menu in your face. Not to mention that any service I’ve ever gotten here has been just poor. You would think that for the price you pay for a pedicure that the service would be done in full and done well. Instead you get rushed services by rude staff.

So I went to get my eye brows waxed and a refill on my nails today on 09/17/22. When I tell you the lady who did my eye brows and nails was so unprofessional and dirty! When she waxed my eyebrows she used the same stick, never threw it away. Just dipped in the wax and then smear it on my eyebrows to put the same stick back in the wax. The used uncleaned tweezers. On top of that she put baby oil on my eyebrows. So now my eyebrows have broken out. I sat down her station was not the cleanest. She was quick and didn’t pay attention to what she was doing to my nails. The work is sloppy and not consistent. The only positive thing I can say is that she was light handed so my hands do not hurt. I will NOT be going back and I WILL tell my friends to NOT go there anymore!

Im honestly upset with how these turned out. I went on Tuesday to get an acrylic set done, I used a picture reference and everything. (The green nails). You cannot tell me those look good, I will never agree. However I wasn’t rude about it I just said I liked them and left. I thought I could live with it it’s not that bad, after a couple days I decided I would just go back and have them repainted, I decided on the black French tips and went in today (Thursday). When I walked in I told them i just wanted a to get them re-polished, they got me in quickly and she did exactly what I wanted. However during I felt like she wasn’t curing the nail polish long enough, just switching to quick i guess? But I figured she’s the nail tech whatever. I unfortunately 3 hours later my nails has already chipped. Im pretty sad because my friend recommended this place and it’s a little unfortunate and I don’t think I will be returning.

By far one of the nicest and cleanest nail salons I’ve seen. The employees are super nice and the pedicure basic is a little more on pricey side but it is worth it. They have selection of nail colors so I didn’t feel so limited. Me and my sister in law will be sticking to this salon for now. Glad we came here.
