Went to OC Nails to have acrylic nails removed. This was my first time having acrylics, and I read about how they should be professionally removed to prevent damage to your natural nails. The nail technician removed my nails by slowly peeling the gel polish and acrylics off. They did not soak them in acetone or file them down at all. It was an incredibly painful experience, and my nails are left damaged, bruised, and in pain. Maybe other services at this salon are good, but they clearly do not know how to safely remove acrylics.

DONT GO HERE FOR NAILS!!!!! They don’t know how to do Dip powder nails or provide customer service. The manager is rude and asked me to come back when I needed one nail redone because it lifted, the next day 3 more fell off after 3 days!!! A decent one lasts 3 weeks or longer..she raised her voice over you. She had another tech re do my nails and they were terrible. Their techniques cause the problem lifting bc they apply the alcohol, on the powder prior to finishing gloss, who does that?! They shouldn’t even have one star but it’s not allowed

Great customer service! Anh was easy to talk to and was patient with me as I tried to decide on the perfect color! He was knowledgeable and showed pride in his work! I will definitely make this my vacation nail salon! My nails were exactly what I wanted them to be! The salon is beautifully decorated and clean! Definitely the perfect way to start out my birthday weekend!

Me and my sister just came and got a full set and eyebrows. Super good price! I had anh and he was super funny and made me welcomed. My sister had Katie and she felt the same way. I can’t think about going anywhere else anymore!! The aesthetic of The building was great, and they made me hand sanitize my hands before they started. With COVID-19 going on, I thought that was a really good step and appreciated it. Very cleanly. Sanitized EVERYTHING and we’re practicing great social distancing. 100000/10

Guy charged me for getting more than 1 gel color!!!!! Was watching something on his phone not paying attention to my hands while he was filing,buffing!!! The woman was rude didn’t budge from the seat eyes glued on her phone!!! I paid for a acrylic refill and 3gel colors….NO DESIGN!! $50!!!!
