Most horrible experience . I call them for a hairstyle set and the girl said.. to come over and she will do it.. needed a hairstyle of the 70’s fashion…and when I go there , I remind the girl of my appt and the request for my hairstyle of the 70’s. And she said.. that’s fine.. we can take care for you. I was excited and I had forgotten the hairband to put it on… so she asked me to get it.. I told her.. how kind.. I’ll get it in 5 min since I stayed only 2 min away. When I return with the hairband, I do not see that girl I was talking to and there was 2 other girls who confronted me and very rudely told me the store is closed !!!! I was like.. what???? And upon my asking abt the other girl.. no one seemed to be concerned or sorry or anything… just firmly continued saying the store is closed and there’s nothing they can do ..!!!!!
