Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in with my sister-in-law and we had the worst experience. My sister in-laws nail technician called her out for her heels when they were completely fine. The nail tech kept repeating that she should get her heels done and kept yelling it for the whole store to hear. It just seemed like she wanted to keep adding on the price, but that is very unprofessional to keep making a client uncomfortable to force them to say yes. Also, the pedicure was maybe 20 minutes max.. For $40 pedicure you’d think they would do a better job. Very disappointed. My sister in-law was SO uncomfortable with the situation. My tech lady could not cut my nails and shape them evenly to save her life while doing my pedicure. I do a better job my myself. The whole point of coming to a professional setting is to feel pampered and be treated with respect. We came in because of the positive reviews but were disappointed at the end of the day. My sister in law got a fill with small rhinestones on accent nail and a basic pedicure and it came out to almost $100 just for hers. You’d think for that price you would get better service.. Not even and hour after walking out of there the rhinestones just started to fall off. Always have a great experience, this is a quality salon. Ben did my nails and they are flawless. I came in with barely any nails and hope and I walked out smiling with confidence. I would like to suggest that the salon considers a “No Cellphone” policy because there was another customer shamelessly arguing on her cell next to me for almost the entire length of a pedicure… Ladies and gentlemen, please be courteous to the staff and other patrons and leave your personal life outside the salon. This is a nice place, let’s respect it.

First time going here and Jessica made the entire experience. This will be my go to place from now on for my nails. Jessica did such a cute peppermint design for the Christmas season that finished off a great set of gel nails. And her hand and arm massage was the best.

We had a terrible experience, with them changing our appointment, overbooking our appointment, not getting all of us done and clipping another toe, while cutting a nail! Then the tech blamed it on the one of us whose toe it was! We were then charged for the one whose toe was cut, and didn’t have the pedicure finished!

Too expensive. It was $29 for a standard pedicure with an extra $5 to remove calluses and an extra $7 for the massage. It totalled $41. She was way too soft removing calluses, I could not feel it. I have a bad callus on the side that has been causing pain and discomfort and she didn’t even work on it until I asked her to and then very lightly. Like why are you charging me an extra $5 and then not doing much? Her fingernails kept digging into me also. And the massage was so very light and like 1 minute long total that it was a waste of $7. I feel like I threw away $41 just now. Very disappointing. I said something about the massage but they blew it off. Honestly, I do NOT recommend this place unless they lower their prices. The nail salon at the shepherd road publix is way better for LESS $$! They had a long wait so I tried NYC nails. Really makes you appreciate the wait time at Happy Nails more. My friend with me started at the same time and her massage and attention to calluses was longer. The only difference in service was she paid for gel. She was also not thrilled with the price with the quality. Neither of us will be back here.

I called at 2 to make an appointment for Eyebrows at 4 pm . I waited till 4:20 pm and asked if someone was going to take care of me . All employees looked at each other and said yes . 4:30 pm I left and informed them i I was leaving because I waited 30 minutes. The employee said “ it’s okay , it’s busy , you have to wait” umm excuse me I made an appointment. A waste of gas and time.

First time here and I love Nancy! She was so amazing at the pedicure I got. Definitely will be going back. She took her time and I can finally say I got the best pedicure I have ever received in Polk county. Liked the salon very much, it was nice and quiet with soft music playing. The technicians were polite and did not talk your ear off like some places. I don’t mind small talk, but I want to sit and enjoy the chair massage, pedicure, and just unwind. I also got a gel manicure which I did feel was a little rushed, but still was very good. It was after 7pm after all, and I was the last one in there. Definitely recommend this salon.
