Critical: QualityThought I found the right place, first haircut good, second time? Too bad no one listens to the client….I have cried for a week…..is there anyone that can cut a style that the customer wants? Not calling the stylist out, but you know who you are you just started cutting with no regards for our last conversation, and since I was new you should have gone over what the customer wants if you could not remember….half way through the cut after me trying to touch my hair you remembered. I DIDNT LIKE THE CUT THAT THE WOMAN BUTCHERED MY HAIR WITH A RAZOR, you took me right back to that hairstyle not as short but you just whacked my hair.
