the hairdresser Destiny is amazing!! I went in to see her before my surgery and she cut my hair beautifully!! Exactly the way i wanted. Destiny was full of energy and enthusiasm. I have only had 2 others previously that have cut my hair at Smart Style one was a manager @ the Horseheads Smart Style and the other well I guess she did her best. Absolutely love Destiny and would recommend anyone going in for a short style to make an appointment to see her!! Hopefully Smart Style will keep her, she is a great asset to the company!!

Critical: QualityI got the worst haircut of my entire life, geez! DO NOT GO THERE! My hair was super choppy. My son got his hair cut too it was so uneven and not blended. I had to take us to all the way to Ithaca to get it fixed. I was very disappointed.

So i stopped at my normal barber on Tuesday and he was closed, so being impatient and needing some groceries I stopped by here… Honestly the WORST haircut I have ever gotten in my life! There was only one person working and someone was waiting to buy some products so I’m not sure if she just rushed or just didn’t care… I then went back to my normal barber Thursday for him to fix what the woman had done to me and he just laughed and fixed it.. So i paid twice for a haircut, just a warning to others and a learning lesson for me!

I walked out in tears. The so called “stylist” that cut my hair did an absolute horrible job. I immediately went someplace different to get it fixed. The person that fixed it was completely dumbfounded at the complete chop job Miranda, or whatever her name is, did. She took pictures and I have them and I will be calling corporate. If you don’t know how to do a cut, simply say you’re not comfortable doing it. Don’t just hack away like Edward scissor hands.
