Fast, friendly service. Clean. My nail tech was swift but very detail orientated. I received Shellac nails because I work in health care and wash my hands 100 times a day. This is the longest my nails have ever lasted. I’m very pleased. And i will be back!!

Seriously the worse experience with a nail salon ever. Mother’s Day weekend and appointment booked. Pretty sure my appointment wasn’t in her notebook. I needed a shellac polish change to go with my pedicure. My pedicure was pretty bad. The guy put my polish on before massage or scrub which was super backwards. The whole job felt rushed and just bad. I’m also not a person who complains of cost of services. My awful pedicure was $45 and my shellac polish change was $30. A polish change on my nails literally was $30. Never again! Tried a different place since it’s literally right by my house. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

Great service!! My shellac has lasted a month! I am pretty amazed. The staff was very nice at all times and love their pedicure seats. It just a very nice and relaxing environment. Walk-ins are welcomed, but go early because they are so good they do fill up and get a wait list.

I’ve been hopping around from one nail salon to another for years. I tried Novi Nails today for the first time, it was a great experience. Yen took her time, and was very meticulous with my pedicure, my feet look and feel great. I also got a shellac manicure, it looks perfect! Yen was very pleasant and sweet, I was sorry to hear she only works part time. Their prices are great, they have a huge selection of colors, the shop is very comfortable, and everything is well organized. I will go back soon.
