I need to say this, this is not a SPA. However , My husband and I had one of the best massages experiences here. We did a couples massage, they do not really have the space for this but they accommodated us. I want to make this a positive review because we had GREAT massages, I get medical messages regularly, so I went for a relaxation massage, Diane was great , very thorough and perfect pressure and I never felt rushed! My husbands works a very physically taxing job so he was looking for pain relief and deep tissue massage. Angie was perfect she included stretching along with the perfect amount of pressure and was very careful of my husbands past injury sites. So if you are looking for a spa day with all the frills and what not this is not the place ! If you are looking for a GREAT Massage , individual attention at a great price , this is your place! We will definitely go back!

It was very hard to relax being that there were no candles, oil diffusers, or any type of dim lighting. They played classical music during the massage from a phone, which again, was distracting. I wrote on my paperwork that I wanted a very light massage and ended up leaving in pain, with swelling and bruising to follow the next day. I would never recommend this “spa” to anyone. They’re prices are extremely disproportionate to what you get in the ambiance and massage. The one staff member I met was friendly, but that’s all they have going for them. Way too expensive and not a good experience.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI wish I had the opportunity to give a true review if the massage rather than just saying how unprofessional and discourteous this spa was. I called yesterday and she said she had an open appointment for today at 3:00 p.m. for myself and my husband. We wanted a couples massage but due to covet 19 she said they could not have four people in the same room which we understood I therefore booked two separate massages one for myself and the other for my husband with two separate therapists. we just arrived for our appointment and they look surprised that we were there and they had no record of us being scheduled for today. There were no masseuses available they scattered to the back and I believe we’re calling to see if they could get people to come in. When I asked what was going on she told me just go in the room and wait someone will be here eventually then she got very rude with us when we said we didn’t want to just wait without knowing what was going on and we proceeded to leave and she was very happy it seemed that we were leaving she didn’t try to stop us she just said go goodbye. doesn’t really seem like the type of establishment that appreciates the business go elsewhere. Also glad that I didn’t buy the Groupon in advance That’s when I called to make the appointment she asked me not to buy the Groupon and she would honor the same price so that she didn’t have to pay the commission to Groupon. I had an amazing experience. The masseuse took her time on all parts of my body. I didn’t feel like anything was being rushed. It’s a small place but very cozy and relaxing. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be visiting again. Thank you so much for an amazing, much needed birthday massage .

Probably the worst massage experience I ever had. Couples massage in a cramped room made for an awkward and uncomfortable massage. Basically had oil rubbed on me for one hour, with no technique and no effort. Not sure why they had me fill out the special needs questionnaire as they paid no attention at all to my requests. Any other place than this would have to be better. Never again!
