When you first walk in the spa you’re greeted by a very welcoming environment. The waiting area is nicely decorated, and there are drinks available to you while you wait. The treatment room is very relaxing and comfortable. There is a robe for you to change into, and the table has a very comfortable mattress and plush bedding to help create a relaxing environment. To start the service Elena assesses your skin to determine which type of facial and which products she would recommend using. I have acne prone/dry skin, so she customized a facial to meet both my needs to hydrate and diminish my acne. She is very knowledgeable and does a good job explaining what the different serums or therapies are for. Overall it was a great experience and I will for sure be back in the future.

Visiting this spa was such a great and relaxing experience! The spa is so clean and the ambiance and decor makes you feel relaxed the minute you walk in! Elena is wonderful and she communicates with her client to ensure that they’re satisfied and they get the service experience they came for. My skin looks and feels amazing after getting the hydra facial, all the products that were used smelled so nice. The bonus to this service was the neck and back massage which felt so great, especially being a new mom and carrying a lot of tension in that area! I’ll most definitely be back for another facial! Highly recommend!

I hadn’t had a facial in about a year so I was definitely due. I found Elena through social media and I am so glad I did! She did an amazing job. It was so relaxing and my skin not only felt great, but it looked amazing and glowed. I love all the products that she used. I would highly recommend getting your facials at Nova Skin! Elena is nothing short of kind and professional. I did the hydraglow facial and my skin feels so soft, plumped and hydrated. Elena would describe each product or technique she would use on my face so I had an understanding of what was going on. I really appreciated that. I also like how she tailors the facial to your skin, instead of doing the same exact thing on each person.
