First time going to Keratin Experts Salon the service was fantastic they are so nice and I had the best experience. Brad cut and colored my hair and he went above and beyond the color is truly amazing and cut is also amazing. Brad is truly a master at his craft making sure everything is just perfect. My service was at 4 pm on 11/30, I have naturally took 5 years to grow out beautiful gray hair. Or I will now say had . I wanted a keratin treatment so I wouldn’t have to flat iron and potentially damage and yellow my hair. I’ve had maybe 5 very good non damaging keratin treatments. After applying the keratin , after the initial drying , they started flat ironing to finish / seal in the treatment. They burnt the first piece and my hair turned bright yellow. Diane the manager signaled the tech with universal stop sign a hand swiping the throat. Diane told the tech the iron was way to hot , and he said he needed to continue otherwise he was going to be here all night. Diane proceeded to have a conversation with him about changing the color of the signage out front , like he needed to be distracted? Experts? I think not, it gets better. So even though you’re not supposed to washed your hair for 24 hours off to the sink we went . After he had finished flatironing my hair ot was no longer silver but yellow. Back to the sink for a purple toning treatment and some other treatment they put on my original burnt hair, Back to the chair , now I have purple and yellow hair. And now another wash , who knows if I even have keratin in my hair . Another toner, and then Diane says give her the best blowout ever, like that is going to fix the permanent damage to my hair. I go to leave and she states she not going to charge me ( for permanently damaging my hair) and to come back to tomorrow so they can fix this. I show up today in good faith, for hopefully a resolution, and Carlos says can fix the permanent damage with another toner, which is temporary, which I mention that’s temporary, he says everything is temporary. My original natural silver/platinum/gray hair has been permanently damaged. For the record I take no medications, not even a multi vitamins. Let me be clear these people and this salon are not experts, and it appears not well trained at their craft . This salon should be avoided at all costs, or you will take the chance of permanently damaging your air. When I do get this fixed I’ll present them I WILL present with the bill for reimbursement. And I will post a follow up. No Experts at this salon

My wife found this salon claiming to be Keratin experts and she thought that she would get her hair done while we were visiting my parents. My wife is very particular about her hair and it being done right. She has had countless salons do a fabulous job and others such as this establishment mess up. I know there is an art to getting it right and its not an easy process. However my wife had a bad experience. We went back to the owner Carlos and my wife mentioned how unhappy she was and wanted to find out how to make things right.

I’d come up to Delray for a visit / vaca with my family after I had my hair done one week earlier and hated it . I was determined to have it corrected while here . I saw Keratinxperts in the plaza where we were exploring and I walked in . I was warmly greeted by whom I later learnt was the owners wife . She was very accommodating although about to close for the afternoon . She quickly called out the person who’d worked on getting me to like my Do . Mauricio . He was the Man of the HOURSSSS we spent trying to achieve what Mauricio achieved . He was patient , knowledgeable and willing to make suggestions and most of all to make me happy this time around . It wasn’t an easy undertaking but he did it . Thank you team Keratinxperts for ALL making my visit / Entire day pleasant . Meeting Carlos the owner himself and having him work on my hair along with Mauricio was a great and fun experience. I am very pleased thank you again .
