I’ve been coming here for almost a year and the health benefits I have seen are excellent. Cryotherapy has not only helped with my physical ailments but also my psychological ones, such as anxiety, depression, and sleep issues. Cameron is great at making you feel comfortable and very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of cryotherapy. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone try it at least once!

Honestly impressed with it being a new business! They’re professional and tell you exactly what to expect going in. The whole “cryo” part was 5 mins or so and it surprisingly feels awesome! I don’t exercise much but my massage therapist recommended I try it if I can for the knots in my back. Did a quick google and got excited because I’d not seen affordable cryo in the area before- TOTALLY worth it. Cute place and fun supporting local businesses too! Really Important after last year.
