I have been coming to this salon for about 2 years now and have gotten many manicures and pedicures and my experiences have always been positive. The people who work here are friendly, make you feel relaxed and have great attention to detail on nails. The salon itself is spacious and clean and is a good place to bring larger groups (just make sure to call for a reservation!). They offer a lot of other services that I personally haven’t tried but those I’ve seen get facials, haircuts, etc. always seem really happy with the results before they leave. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a regular place to get your nails done.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon!! Lisa was so kind and welcoming!! She spoke with me and my friend (Sofi and Amber) the entire time and made us feel so special! Our nails look wonderful and it was such a wonderful experience!! 10 out of 10!!!

Me and my friend went here to get acrylic full sets, we both had appointments but the lady who helped us had a rude demeanor. The first thing that happened was that as she was filing the acrylics down, she cut my friend’s fingers several times with the file until she was bleeding, and the blood got on the file. She then proceeded to use the same bloody file on my nails and also cut me with it. It’s not acceptable to reuse a nail file that has blood on it! It took two hours for us to get our nails done and when they were done they were misshapen, crooked, and the design was not what we asked for at all. The salon atmosphere was not relaxing, instead it was super stressful and all the techs looked upset. Sorry to say that I’m never going here again!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place was amazing! I came in with my autistic daughter, who was very excited to be there. This was her first time ever in a nail salon. She walked around the salon ( which was very clean) many times laughing out of excitement. Although she decides to not get her nails painted the staff made her feel very welcome and attempted to make her comfortable! She walked around the salon ( which was very clean) many times laughing out of excitement. The atmosphere here is just great! Everyone is very polite and joyful, and the work is done beautifully! I can’t believe there are comments about how Lisa is rude, because while I was there she was extremely polite and made very friendly conversations that I enjoyed. She tries to make time for all walk-ins, and yet still have time to do every other appointment made. The employees here are also very kind and helpful, making this my #1 Nail Salon to go to!

I enjoy coming to North Raleigh Salon for so many reasons…. The atmosphere is amazing – Spacious, relaxing and up to date. I’ve been seeing Lisa for over 7 years and followed her from a previous place to this Salon. She is very caring and I trust her to take good care of my feet with a spa pedicure and waxing services. I’ve always been completely satisfied with the service by Lisa and all employees. They are friendly, pay close attention to detail and provide me with a get-away as a full time business lady and mother of 4. If you are looking to build a long term relationship, this is the place to go – She keeps up with my family and we talk about all sorts of things while she is doing my pedicure. She goes beyond the call of duty each and every time. I value that in a salon!

The salon was large, very pretty and clean. I went in for a haircut but they do nails and brows as well. Kate was fantastic and so sweet! She took me right away as a walk-in and gave me exactly the hairstyle I was wanting! I highly recommend her and will definitely be back!
