Went there for grey colored hair. Wash out to blonde in 2 days. Brittney colored my hair for 2nd time 3 days later. Same thing happened I called 2 more times for Brittany and she has not called me back. Owner was on mini vacation I don’t know if she knows how unsatisfied I am. While I was there Brittany talked trash about the owner.Britney brings her child to work with her. She said I don’t know why she put a toner on instead of permanent color. The place was a mess with kids toys everywhere you couldn’t walk from station to station without going around toys. A children’s corner should be set up for the kids. The kids were playing in other people’s dirty hair. You go to a saloon to relax not babysit. The pedicures was a joke normally there is lotions and creams to rub on you feet and calves. I was ripped off of $40.00 for the pedicure. Unprofessional owner.Wil NEVER GO BACK TO HI CLASS CUTS!

I called and spoke to Carrie who provided me with the name of the woman who does manicures, Dee. Dee called me but I couldn’t answer because I was in a work mtg but left me a msg and told me I could text her. I managed to get an appointment for that night.
