The customer service skills at this place are horrible! On Sunday I had my 18 month old daughter and my sister with me. Okie the lady (Kelly) that was doing my sisters nails was super rough with her and just rude! She also swatted at my daughters hand a couple of times. After one day of having the nails on I was doing my dishes and one of them broke off. The very next day I was putting my shoes on for work and I had another nail break off. Not to mention how I have one totally crooked nail. (No my finger is not crooked). Do not recommend going to this nail salon ever! I have never had my nails break off after 1 and 2 days! The nails look like they were rushed. We just had an overall HORRIBLE experience and I honestly wish I could just get my money back! I will not be returning to this location!

I’ve been coming here for nails and pedis since I first moved about a year ago. Never had a bad experience until yesterday. I tried to show a picture of a previous set of nails I’d had from one of their techs. The only thing I wanted different was the color. The lady that ended up doing my nails was rushing through the entire service and seemed to be in a bad mood. One of the colors I picked for the glitter she didn’t even use and insisted on using gel even after I explained that the original set didn’t have gel. I also asked for my ring finger to be all glitter as an accent nail and that didn’t happen either. After she was done my nails were mishaped and extremely lumpy. I didn’t want to make it worse so I paid and went home. Then called to make an appointment with the owner to get them fixed this morning. My appointment was supposed to be at 10:30, but when I get there he was not. The original girl that did my nails came over and essentially started berating me asking “what’s wrong?” “You’re so picky!” “Why are you so picky?” I’ve never been treated so poorly. As a paying customer I have the right to be picky about how I want my nails to look. When trying to tell her that she didn’t wanna listen to how I wanted them done she kept talking over me the entire time. I then tried to ask for a refund so that I could go somewhere else, but was denied. She told me to come back in an hour when the owner would be there and he would fix them. Of course the entire time I’m still standing inside the salon she is trash talking me to her coworkers right in front of my face. So I went outside to sit in my car and then went back in an hour. The owner fixed them and they do look better, but he didn’t fix them all the way. My nails are still extremely lumpy. After this experience I will be finding a private/non-commission nail tech and will never come back to this establishment. To say the least I am very unsatisfied with this experience and would not recommend getting your nails done here. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

I have been going here for months and to my greatest surprise they COULD NOT render a service i wanted and were Incapable of telling me they couldn’t do it. They embarked on doing it and did not come out the way i had desired. Nail tech cut all my nails down and told me to go somewhere else saying I had been there for too long already. ZERO patience. Will not recommend.

Don’t go here. Literally just had my nails done a few minutes ago, I went here because the woman who does my nails (May at QT nails she is amazing and just wonderful person). The man doing my nails was extremely rude. He argued with me about how I wanted my nails. Kind of couldnt believe it lol. I didnt take kindly to him bossing me around, but came to a compromise since i was here. But he was also coughing all over and sniffling.. on top of that he rushed the whole service.

Sam did my nails today using Nexgen dip. She did super sloppy job. I do not recommend her to do nails again. She didn’t even take my complaints seriously. Will definitely never get my nails done by her again!!

Love this place! It was a busy day when I went the last time but I still got in within 15-20 minutes. The pedicures are absolutely amazing and this time I decided the get the nexgen nails and am very happy with them. My go-to nail and pamper salon.

Critical: ProfessionalismIn the past when I have gone here they have done well. Unfortunately I took my stepmom this time and had a not so good experience. I was told they would accept my gift card after I explained it was prepaid from a store. At the end the guy tells me they cannot accept it. The lady who did my pedicure was rough and when I raised my foot when she asked me to she said, “don’t kick me” later rudely told me to “be still” when I barely moved my foot. I have no idea why I was treated this way as a paying customer.. Be wary of coming here. After all was said and done and $150 later I notice my big toes polish is smudged after I let them dry forever.In the past when I have gone here they have done well. This place appeared to be very clean. And staff was friendly. I got a pedicure which was relaxing but I disappointed due to the fact my nail polish on my toes were horribly done. After getting home and was able to take a closer look and disappointed. I had driven home barefoot as a I normally do after getting my pedicure.
