I showed up in Houston after 5 days of driving a UHaul with a back that was in a solid spasm, inflamed, and very angry with me. A friend recommended Nina Mata-Russell who got me in immediately. Within the 10 days I was in Houston before taking off again, Nina and I had three 90-minute sessions. I would have taken her with me on the next leg of my trip if I could have! Nina is a PHENOMENAL massage therapist! She not only listened to me, she read my back and the rest of my body and provided the type of massage therapy I needed – not just what I thought I needed. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
