I was referred to Nicole by my mother. I loved my moms nails and she said Nicole was great. I’ve not been happy with my nails for a very long time. I’m embarrassed to say she mad me cry happy tears. I’m in love with my nails. She is very detailed and you can tell she loves what she does. I will definitely be sending people her way. Thank you Nicole!

Tried out this salon for the first time yesterday and found their customer service to be friendly and the nail salon to be clean and comfortable. I was thrilled they had on entertaining shows and movies instead of the news. My nail tech didn’t rush me at all, which is was a nice change of pace. He did my gel nails at the table (instead of making me cross my arms awkwardly to the opposite arm rest to reach the nail dryer during my pedi like many other places do). For some reason, he did not cut my nails, but filed them at angles so they’re all different lengths. I requested square shape when he asked, but unfortunately they’re not quite that and the polish is a bit sloppy around the edges. The gel feels very thin from what I’m used to so I’m hoping they last as long as they’re supposed to. I also got a classic gel pedi and added on the sugar scrub, which was really nice. The foot massage and hot stones felt wonderful! Their pedi chairs are big and spacious (but not designed for short pregnant women), but lacked lumbar support so I was grateful they had a pillow on hand when I requested some support so I my lower back didn’t have to slouch the entire time. I was disappointed after I got home to see that my polish was already starting to bubble up on one toe that he redid about 3x. I didn’t notice it while I was in the salon or i would’ve said something. After paying over $100 and being there for almost 2 hours once it was all said and done, while I liked this salon and all the color choices, I’m disappointed in my final outcome.

Im really subject to ingrown nails and I get cuts on my cuticle. My nail technician Kevin was very delicate and sensitive to my nail beds while noticing I had a cuticle tear, which he fixed after soaking. A cut or tear on the foot will always hurt so a good nail tech will be accommodating of that. Also my pedicure chair bath tub had a Lining – and they had lots of other sanitary practices that I watch out for. I really liked that. I usually get a French gel tip and they do a pretty good job of that here too and better price then other places. It’s my second time here and I plan on returning. Make an appointment and save yourself a wait!

The lady was nice but my nails were rushed, not what I wanted and look terrible. The sides have polish everywhere and the polish is chunky and uneven. I was cut as well and bleeding. The man that cut me which I assume is the owner also used nail glue without asking or cleaning it to seal my cut so it would stop bleeding. I got home and hate it so tomorrow im going to another nail place to have them taken off and redone.

I’m from out of town and got referred to this nail salon from a friend. Kevin did my nails… OMG he is an absolute artist. You know it is super hard to find or go to a nail salon when you are only visiting the city. I highly recommend this salon.
