The rooms are all separate and only you your stylist are in the room. I think Nicole does a great job and Denise delights each time with the most relaxing head massage. I feel very safe there. The rooms are all separate and only you your stylist are in the room. I think Nicole does a great job and Denise delights each time with the most relaxing head massage. I feel very safe there. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had my first hair coloring appointment at Nicole Carman’s Hair Design yesterday and am eager to share the positive experience. The salon was lovely, the staff warm and friendly…but those things go just so far…there needs to be talent. Elena colored my hair and she was more than amazing. She is an artist! My search for someone to color my hair started about a year ago when, sadly, my hair colorist of 20+ years had a freak accident whereby she could no longer do hair. I am super fussy about my hair (who isn’t?), so it was no easy task to find someone new to color my grey roots and highlight my hair. After much research, I identified two salons – Nicole Carman and another salon. I opted to go with the other salon first because I knew someone who had her hair done there and she was happy. I worked with that salon for over a year, but could not achieve the color results I desired. I finally went to Elena at Nicole Carman. My search for my “forever” hair colorist has ended! I arrived at Nicole Carman’s with 4 different colored roots, highlights, grey re-growth, and who knows what else was going on with my hair. Elena listened to what I was looking to achieve, provided her insight and recommendations and then got to work. She managed expectations letting me know that we’ll be going through a “hair journey” together and that it would take a few visits to achieve the desired results. I’m not sure of everything she did…balayage, new root color, 2 different toners, but in the end the results are amazing. The color blended beautifully, the base color is now a beautiful brown, the highlights are lovely and most importantly, my hair looks healthy. And while I understand we are on a “hair journey” my hair already looks great. I can’t wait to see what comes next! I had my first hair coloring appointment at Nicole Carman’s Hair Design yesterday and am eager to share the positive experience.
