Critical: Professionalism, ValueI tried this salon after reading some recent reviews and I was hoping a decent service. I got a pedicure and a dip powder manicure, and this was definitely not my first time. I have had both at different salons but first time at this one since we just moved to town. Service was okay, pedi and mani was decent too nothing great or special but they don’t have a rate card. I confirmed pricing on the phone with the owner and when I got there they kept adding price to anything I wanted, even a basic nail paint and I ended up spending twice of what the owner had said earlier. I am okay paying the fair price and I tip really well and did here as well. But it was an intimidating and Just a very sneaky and greedy behavior on the owners part that completely turned me off! The owner was distracted and also did other things while doing my nails and I was there for over 2.5 hrs! So beware, another friend felt cheated the same way and I am not sure how someone can do business like this. I tried this salon after reading some recent reviews and I was hoping a decent service. I got a pedicure and a dip powder manicure, and this was definitely not my first time. I have had both at different salons but first time at this one since we just moved to town. Service was okay, pedi and mani was decent too nothing great or special but they don’t have a rate card. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBest place to get a manicure and pedicure! Eunice and her staff are always professional. Everything is VERY clean and they adhere to strict Covid protocols. Critical: Professionalism, QualityUnfortunately left with a cut on my finger & ankle from mani/pedi. The nail technicians there were nice, but the owner wasn’t paying attention while placing my UV gel set (took personal calls, ordered lunch, looked at emails…) I felt I paid too much – even had to file the UV tips down when I got home… they were uncomfortable/ sized too big.Services: Manicure, PedicureUnfortunately left with a cut on my finger & ankle from mani/pedi. The nail technicians there were nice, but the owner wasn’t paying attention while placing my UV gel set (took personal calls, ordered lunch, looked at emails…) I felt I paid too much – even had to file the UV tips down when I got home… they were uncomfortable/ sized too big.
