The guy there was super nice! Very friendly! My nails came out perfect. They’re so gorgeous my only tiny problem is that he said it was an hour wait but it was more like 2 hours. I got there at 3 and we didn’t get started until 5 and finished around 6. And I’m not 100% sure if they clean their tools

There were very nice however, the girl used old tools on me that had been used on previous guests and not disinfected. Even the 4 way buffer had been used before. She used a foot file on my right foot then laid it on the floor before using it on my left foot. I watched her when I was done and she just rinsed them with water and put it back on a shelf. I should have stopped the service with myself being in the industry and knowing how important disinfection is. I was so stunned I couldn’t even talk. I will be contacting state board on Monday.

Loved my experience at this nail salon. It’s beautifully decorated, everyone was friendly, the pedicure chairs are comfortable. I appreciated the plexiglass between myself and nail tech.
