WHY OUR CLIENTS CHOOSE US YOU MAY BE CONCERNED ABOUT SAFE PROCEDURES. HERE IS WHAT WE DO TO ENSURE YOUR TOTAL SAFETY. Our nail tools are disinfected or disposed of according to the high standards set by State Board. We clean our hands prior to each service and use clean towels for each client. We never use a blade to cut any type of skin, including calluses. We sanitize and disinfect all reusable nail tools in accordance with state regulations and industry “best practices”. Any tools that can’t be disinfected are disposed of or given to the client after a single use. You are welcome to bring in your own tools.

Ryan totally knocked it out of the park with this Ombre American French Tip in the “Dip” method. I love them! Clean business, comfortable chairs and for the quality and care the technicians each do with their client, I’m totally OK with the $55 cost as I can tell these nails are going to last a long time.

I absolutely have nothing bad to say! I showed them a picture I wanted and they did it EXACTLY! John was the best! I have found my nail tech! I even had a very bad and painful cut next to my thumb nail, and when John did my fill, he didn’t even touch it! He was very careful around it and always made sure I was okay and that it wasn’t hurting. I was so happy with the service! It is totally worth my money

Always have an excellent experience at B More! I only go to Q, the nail tech and he never disappoints. He is attentive to details and never cuts my service short. The shop takes great measures to ensure cleanliness overall. The staff working there are very friendly. I recommend making an appointment as they fill up quickly. I do a manicure with dip powder and gel polish as well as a pedicure with gel polish every 2 weeks. I will continue to go to this store! They’re awesome!

Overall nice job done with fills, I have been 4 times now and 3 of the 4 were nicely done. Good attention to detail such as making sure nails are same lengths, etc. Pedicures however are very rushed and quick. I choose the top package each time and the last two times it was completely done, including gel polish, in just over 20 minutes. The other times it was completely done in 30 minutes. I have always made an appointment and it seems like if someone new comes in, the whole process speeds up and everything is even more rushed. I will go back to Lux for pedicures, where for the same price it lasts an hour and much more attention is given.

If you’re going to take appointments, honor the appointment time. I arrived, was quickly addressed and asked to sign in, then the receptionist went back to socializing with her friend. I waited 25 minutes without anyone saying anything to me, so I walked out. Honor peoples time and honor the appointments they make.

They were okay. A little sketchy to me that they only take cash and didn’t issue us a receipt because the paper was out. I don’t know if that was legit or an excuse to not issue a receipt. My nails look beautifu, however the gentleman who did my nails cut my cuticle and it bled all day. I liked the music they were playing and the video they had on YouTube, but nothing extraordinary to make me feel pampered or cared for.

Finally, I have found my new nail home!!! I had a fill done by Than and she did a beautiful job. My pedicure was done by one of the gentlemen (didn’t get his name) and it was very relaxing. Than also did the design on my toes.

The light and table were also not very clean. The towel she used was visibly duty and dirty.
