I arrived on time and the masseuse was 15 min late. No music. Minimal coverage during massage. She kept answering her phone and walking in and out. She applied a body scrub and then proceeded to massage with the scrub. It was extremely painful and felt like she was scrubbing off my skin. Then when I left she was inclined to receive a tip despite adequate service.

We arrived early to our couples massage and immediately things felt off. There was no sign saying “Nice Massage” outside, and despite decent reviews we read before booking here, the sign just said “Massage: Grand Opening”. Upon entering, the lights weren’t on in half of the space. The front desk lady said that she called us earlier, and since we didn’t answer, she assumed we weren’t coming and that we would have to wait at least 30 minutes. When we asked what number she called, she read out a random number. After she insisted that it was the right number, I asked what time the call from that number was made. Turns out it was 2 hours earlier than when we called, so we never even received the appointment confirmation call she made. No apologies were made, and she repeated that we would have to wait. Seeing as we had other plans later, we weren’t able to wait, but the lack of competence and customer service made us decide not to reschedule. I wonder if Nice Massage left and this group moved in, because the reviews don’t match up. Bottom line: don’t give them your time, money, or business.

I agree with another review, she just pounded into the same spot whether it was muscle, or skin and bone. And waaay too rushed. She also kept leaving the room like the other reviewer said. I have found that a good massage therapist can apply a lot of pressure if they go really slow. This was a speed rub; I’m surprised she didn’t take off skin

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe worst place I’ve ever been to very poor communication they kept referring to me as lady I was given flimsy towel to cover myself with. l also wasn’t given a proper massage she kept pressing down on my body in the same area instead of massaging me. She left the door open and I had to tell her to close the door.There was no nice music to relax while given a “so call massage.”Then she starts spraying me down with alcohol saying it was for Covid. They did a very good job the previous time we went, but the last time was horrible. The tables were squeaky. The ladies kept stopping to answer the phone and they shortened us of our full hour but l was happy to leave early.
