I was here yesterday 10/12/22 and honestly I’m so upset with how my hair came out. I asked for my hair to be short enough to be just above my shoulders. My right side is resting on my shoulder and my left side is about 1-1.5 inches above my shoulder. Yes that’s right each side is a different length and that’s not what I requested. The stylest asked ” is that side okay l” (my left side) I said “yes that side is perfect”, expecting her to cut the right side to the same length but no she blew dried it into a style making me look like edna from the incredibles i straightened my hair. along with each side being different lengths, my hair on each side has chuncks of shorter and longer lengths. My family had very many laughs at my BOTCHED haircut especialy at the back of my head ( not how I wanted to spend my vacation)

I have been bringing my daughter here for years.They lost a lot of their best stylists, and it’s starting to reflect in the quality of haircuts and coloring. The most recent cut/color we had done looks terrible. My daughter likes it, but I can see how bad the cut and color job is on the back of her hair. I’m not sure if we will continue to come back or not, but I hope they hire some more qualified staff soon.

She always works with me to figure out what I want, prioritizing keeping my hair healthy and safe while still giving me great results. I’ve been going here for years. I’m not the easiest client, I go through phases of wanting to change my hair and I usually only have a vague idea of what I want since I’m not super picky. I cannot begin to express how talented Casey is with cutting and coloring. She always works with me to figure out what I want, prioritizing keeping my hair healthy and safe while still giving me great results. I’ve gone there for years but hadn’t had my hair cut professionally in 7 months. The staff were wearing masks and sanitizing the stations. Plus a new (for me at least) stylist did a great job with my hair!

Chelsea is the absolute best. I went to get once thinking I was just going to “some random salon artist” but instantly fell in love with her work. She takes her time and has true pride and passion for her work. I moved 25 minutes away from this specific NewStyle Salon, but make the drive just for her… and there is a NewStyle right next to my new house!! 12/10, would recommend!! ☺️
