If you like a hairdresser who doesn’t listen to you and does what she likes, then Kylie is perfect for you. Not only did she not listen to my directions for my the haircut, she left quite a few hairs uncut around the ears and didn’t clean up the neck area of the cut. I had to fix the cut at home.
