This place is awesome for “Me” time. The infrared sauna takes your pain away and can also help you lose weight. There’s essential oils make and take events where with various recipes. They carry Beauty care and skin care products that have no chemicals. I also have an excellent massage person. This is just a few of the things at this spa. Call Stacy if you have questions. My visit at New You Infrared Spa really surprised me at just how well my body aches and pains responded to the essential oil and sauna treatment. I stopped at the New You booth at the Etc. Expo for her. Sonya offered a free hand massage using the pain pain go away oil. I couldn’t believe the difference between my hands. The one she had massaged with the oil was no longer stiff and sore and it lasted most of the day! I have neuropathy in my feet pretty bad so u just had my son rub my feet with some lotion and this wonderful oil. I am generally very skeptical of “natural” products but I swear my feet stopped burning. We will see how long it lasts! I also used it on my 11 year old back and he’s pretty happy right now. Can’t wait to see what else these lovely ladies can do for me! Wow!
