Do not go here!!!! They mix relaxer in their products. My hair texture is totally destroyed. I could smell the relaxer as soon as I went to wash my hair. My hair is falling out in clumps. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My hair is thick but far from unmanageable to even think you would need to use chemicals. Totally unethical practice!!! Based on a previous review that I wish I would have seen it’s something in the deep conditioner.

Do not come here!!! They burnt, and ruined my hair. I came to this salon for a re-dye my hair & then straighten it. When I walked in they asked me what I wanted done, I told them & asked them how much it would be. The lady told me it would be 120 dollars because my hair is short. Everything went fine until I noticed she mixed products, I already didn’t like that but thought to get it over with. When the lady was done straightening my hair she insisted on layering my hair, I declined because I didn’t come in for that, my hair is short enough as it is. When it comes time to pay she charges me 165 dollars and doesn’t explain the change of price. I go to my car and look at my hair & notice it is burnt and ruined! When she insisted on cutting my hair in layers it was because she wanted to cover up her mistake. I repeat DO NOT COME HERE! This is the worst service I have ever gotten for my hair

I am requesting a refund through my bank. I told this people how to do my hair, they started out OK then deviated and claimed to not understand anymore. I reminded them and explained my reason to one other lady who bridged the language barrier, still the lady doing my did not do it as asked eventhough I told them I am willing to pay more if that is what it takes to do my hair how it is usually done. My hair will be frizzy in no time and I’ll have to redo it within this week when it would have lasted for at while like it normally does. I am not sure why a business will it it a joke when a client asks for a service. Waste of my time that I can never get back.

Let’s just say I’m never coming back to this salon again ! They charged me $200 for some color which wasn’t properly applied with short thick hair , I sat in there for 4 hours and it wasn’t busy ;( the stylist that did my hair barely spoke English nor understand what I was saying when I told her the hair bleach was burning my scalp .. All she did was smile like it was funny . To top it off she kept touching my face which is a big nono and was very rude with it smh not once did she care that the blow dryer was burning my scalp nor the flat irons . She was very rough combing my hair and didn’t work her way up from my ends like real African American hair is suppose to be combed! My hair was so brittle after the bleaching process now my scalp is sore . I’m in the process of disputing at least $100 with my card because she gave poor service and now my hair is broken off bad ! I want my money back !!!!!!!!! If my hair come out when I wash it , I’m suing the company !

The salon is walk in. It was my first time here. Daris was the one assigned to me. Everything went very smoothly. I have to give them props because my hair is natural hair and the washing, condition, blow dry, trimed and starightened with very little pain. It was a great experience and my hair came out looking really great. I’ll be back again!
