Massage was good. Customer service was weird: when we arrived, she answered the hallway door like she wasn’t expecting us. There isn’t really a menu of massage styles, so if you don’t ask, you’re just going to get what I guess was shiatsu and if they feel you need it, deep tissue. There wasn’t really any privacy, the walls are thin and she didn’t really leave to let me unrobe, and she left the door open. I would have preferred a blanket that covered the whole table, i.e. my whole body because I prefer to stay warm during my massages and the table isn’t heated (#spoiled) and she had a fan on (which she turned off upon request). They used a lotion that froze on my skin. I’m pretty sure oil doesn’t do that. My mom liked her massage, too, though her deep tissue was painful (as it’s supposed to be). I’m not upset I went but I’d book a massage elsewhere next time.

Excellent service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Asked for a concentration in and on shoulders, and neck muscles, and the masseuse worked out all the hardness and tightness throughout shoulder and shoulder blade. Have had no stiffness in the shoulders or neck.Great work.
