I had a rough week and just needed a nice pick-me up treat to relax. I tried this place out for the first time — and it will be the last. I felt like just a price tag. No one asks how you are or anything, just silence. The attendant assigned to me didn’t try to interact with me. I had to ask her how she was and how her day was going. I also let her know how I was and that I needed a nice treat today. She did not care about what I was saying outside of what will make the business money. The attendant hurt me a few times during my gel manicure and again while getting waxed. She gave me the mirror after my eyebrows were done to look at them and then very quickly said “Gimmie” and took it back. On top of that, she also covered my face with oil…where is the pride in the product or end result? I left the lowest tip I ever have left for an attendant. Be weary, this establishment does not make customer service a priority. A $78 lesson learned. Save your money and your frustration.

I got a gel full set when I went. The salon is clean and spacious with engaged and friendly people working there. Noma did an incredible job and checked with me throughout to ensure I liked the shape, color, finished manicure etc. They have tons of pedicure stations and at least 15 manicure stations as well so there seems to be a strong likelihood of getting right in without an appointment, although I had an appointment anyhow.

Not the best but not the worst, felt a little rushed but she fixed the errors. I needed eyebrow wax and because initial service took longer they were closed by the time I could ask for brows. In their defense I didn’t ask but everyone was packing up and looked ready to go so didn’t want to impose.

This is the only nail bar I go to. Pam, Twin, and Kimmy are incredible and I refuse to go anywhere else. The owner is a DOLL and always is so sweet and gets me in quick. The girls are so skilled and gentle. Highly recommend for any occasion. Very very clean and gorgeous inside.

Worst pedicure of my life! Salon was dirty, the entire pedicure lasted exactly 16 minutes & she cut my big toe and had a hard time getting it to stop bleeding then still charged me full price. 1st & last time I will ever visit this place! Pedicure

They just make excuses and blame the attitude on cultural and language differences, but there’s MANY COMPLAINTS IN THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK. Admit it’s a problem and move on. It’s not unfair to the other workers, the front desk is JUST as important in the experience. Manicure

My daugther and I have used this salon often over the past few years. We returned because the quality of the services is excellent and the technicians are very skilled. Unfortunately, the management, is rude. We have known this forever and mostly tried to overlook that aspect, but our recent experience was enough for us to vow to not return until the lady at the front desk decides to treat clients with professionalism and kindness. That’s not too much to ask. There are plenty of nail salons who are happy to see us when we arrive. I feel sorry that the ladies and gentlemen doing the hard work behind the scenes lose business because of the leading lady.
