Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is overpriced and the quality does NOT compare to the prices. They charged $5 to simply remove gel polish from my toes, I’ve never had any nail salon charge me for this. On top of that they rushed my service of mani/pedi and did both the mani and pedi at the same time while I was sitting in the chair and it was uncomfortable and rushed. She didn’t scrub my legs or feet properly just applied some wash and that was it.There was no ambience either just pure silence the whole time.I was also rushed to pay for my service WHILE it was going on. I regret spending a cent of my money here. I’ll let my photos speak for how bad this service was. You can see my cuticles are not properly cut or pushed back, and the polish on my toe nails is unevenly layered. Never coming here again. This place is overpriced and the quality does NOT compare to the prices. They charged $5 to simply remove gel polish from my toes, I’ve never had any nail salon charge me for this. On top of that they rushed my service of mani/pedi and did both the mani and pedi at the same time while I was sitting in the chair and it was uncomfortable and rushed. Critical: QualityI went in with my friend as she had a gift certificate and when her nails were done the nail tech told her she needed to leave a tip so she felt pressured so she did. As for my nails the first nail tech did the opposite of what I asked she cut my nail down and then another tech came in a tried his best to fix my nails but they just came out not even not straight! I went in with my friend as she had a gift certificate and when her nails were done the nail tech told her she needed to leave a tip so she felt pressured so she did. As for my nails the first nail tech did the opposite of what I asked she cut my nail down and then another tech came in a tried his best to fix my nails but they just came out not even not straight! They are very professional, friendly and clean! In the past when I have been in a rush, they got me out of there in time. But I usually take my time and enjoy it. Most days they have and extra staff giving massages while you have your manicure and she is awesome! Great job!!! I always enjoy going to Natural Nails & Spa in Glastonbury! I usually get their mani/pedi special which is extremely affordable. They are very professional, friendly and clean! In the past when I have been in a rush, they got me out of there in time. But I usually take my time and enjoy it. Most days they have and extra staff giving massages while you have your manicure and she is awesome! Great job!!! Great place!!!
