New Moon Salon has an absolutely amazing team! My wife had her bridal hair and make up done here by Stefani and Lauren. She raved about how well they did and how kind and patient everyone was. 7/5 stars, ladies! Thank you for making her feel, and look, so beautiful on our special day… y’all rock!!

View from my chair was exceptional. Pedi I got were amazing and the girls carried on a great conversation about the history of this hotel. The message was amazing as well.

The staff at the New Moon Spa & Salon are absolutely amazing as was the pedicures that I and my sisters received on our recent visit to Eureka Springs. We missed our trolley and were going to miss our appointment but the staff ordered the hotel van to pick us up and take us to the spa. Stephanie and Beth were amazing. I would highly recommend New Moon Spa to anyone visiting Eureka Springs.

My daughter and I went for a day of pampering, and we had such a good experience at New Moon Spa & Salon! We thoroughly enjoyed or facials, manicures, and pedicures. We left feeling beautiful, happy, and spoiled! Everyone was kind and explained everything very well. My esthetician was gentle and kind, and used quality Aveda products during my facial. And my manicurist was so sweet and did a wonderful job! And of course the environment is peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful beyond belief! I loved the vintage and classy design of the spa and Crescent Hotel. I highly recommend this spa and we will be visiting again in the future, for sure.

Very friendly staff. They were completely booked but were able to get me on a wait list and called me back on a cancelation. She did a great job on my manicure and gave a amazing hand massage! I will be back next time I’m in town!

I contracted a tick disease called Alpha Gal Syndrome. It creates an allergy to mammalian products which is in most styling products unless vegan. Aveda products are vegan. For the past 18 months I have made appointments with Stefani Bashaw for several different service types. Stefani is phenomenal. Stefani takes time to research the Aveda ingredients in the hair products, body, and makeup to insure my other allergies will not be affected. Stefani is very cognizant of my allergies but also my hair type. She takes extra precautions to make sure my experience is exceptional.

The New Moon Spa is a full service spa and salon that is tucked beneath the infamous Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Certainly, this is a fine salon setting, and the staff are competent. My only complaint is that my checking out, after services, was tedious and time consuming. It was almost painful. As I checked out, I felt that I had unwittingly slipped into some sort of internal conflict. the cashier was critical and short. This is not what someone paying for the services of a fully priced salon would expect. Even more, it is not the atmosphere or the take-away experience that one desires in a spa venue, where everything should be calm and peaceful.

I was incredibly disappointed. The facility was really run down and it was over priced. There were flies. The room was brightly lit. No waiting area except in the lobby. My massage at the Ritz Carlton in Georgetown cost less! The massage was fine but the rooms/waiting area/etc are like an old strip mall. I would not recommend visiting this spa if you are in Eureka. The Palace hotel has a historical setting and nicer facilities. Edited to add – The “relax area” was next to the bathroom, with doctors office style chairs in it. No other areas on property were made available to us, despite the fact that we made the request.
