Here I am a month later and still absolutely mortified from my experience at this place. I get waxed regularly however this was my first time having such a horrific experience. Upon arrival I was helped promptly however once I went back for my Brazilian wax it took all of 5 minutes for me to realize she didn’t know what she was doing. Jess is amazing!! I went for a Brazilian wax and I end up having my legs waxed and she even thread my brows. I can say had little to no pain at all. She is very skilled, professional, takes her time explaining every step of the process and uses quality products. You can tell she is very passionate and knowledgeable on what she do. Salon is very clean, beautifully decorated, a lot of parking space and easy to find. You can have every beauty treatment in one stop. From waxing, haircut, facials and a lot of other services. I stopped in today to get my eyebrows and lip waxed. The place is extremely clean and both employees were sooo friendly and welcoming. The wonderful lady who did my waxing took her time and was very thorough.. she even did some touch ups with threading after! I recommend this place and I will be using them as my go to for waxing or threading from now on!
