The only negative is the wait time and it wasn’t too bad; I just wasn’t expecting it because it was my first time there for a consultation. Everyone serving clients were just wonderful and helpful. Mia is very knowledgeable. Bianca had great recommendations. However, even though their nurse approved me for my desired procedures, I received a call saying I needed my doctor’s approval and that my future appointment would need to be cancelled. Very disappointing as I have never had this problem at other skin centers. I’ve never been asked for an approval from my doctor before, especially when their own nurse approved me.

The front office staff is wonderful, unfortunately they have to enforce this ridiculous liberal rule of masking up even though the cat is out of the bag and it is proven the mask doesn’t work. I’ve had four different nurses do my laser and I’m currently with Lucy. She id knowledgeable because she knew the right setting for my darker skin, which prevented me from getting burned like once before. I’m a guy and she makes me comfortable being totally naked in front of her to get my private areas laser. I am going to keep coming to her, just hope she doesn’t leave the company.

This particular location took 30 min to see me. My appointment was at 11. I have other things scheduled and it would be nice if they stayed with the actual appointment time. Also, I went to bathroom before getting lasered. The tech didn’t tell me what room to meet her in or wait for me. Very rude. Would definitely never go back to this location. Glendale is way better and nicer

The laser works well. But the customer services horrendous. Previous times they have called me to come earlier to help them out with their schedule and I agree to be nice, then I come earlier and I wait 45 minutes and they end up taking in at my original appointment time. This has happened twice. Then after that I booked multiple laser treatments for one day and they only scheduled me for a 15 minute slot and the nurse said I was supposed to have a one hour slot. I did this reservation a MONTH ago so I don’t understand how it got mixed up. So I told them it’s fine no worries, let’s do part of the 15 minutes, and then I’ll come another day to complete it. Knowing this was this was their mistake and I had to come twice because of it, the next day my appointment was for 4 PM and waiting for 35min I just walked out !!!. I waited 35 minutes extra on another appointment time that I had to come because THEY made a mistake. They don’t really value customer service I’ve been coming here for five years and this will be my last day.

Honestly the customer service level of the receptionists needs attention and improvement and the nurse is always all over the place. This is the 3rd time i had to leave because the wait time was well over an 1hr for my scheduled b12 and b complex injections. After my package ends I can no longer be a customer. Dulce and Jackie are great at the laser hair removal but the enviroment just seems like milking cows.

After my last session I have tons of missed spots. I definitely would not want to go back. They only allocate very short time per session and some nurses are very rushed doing the job. The only nurse I would say did an incredible job is Jackie. Laser hair removal

I have only been a few times to NEW LOOK, but so far, my experience has been pretty good. The wait time is minimal, offices are clean, and the desk staff are polite and efficient. Unfortunately, the last tech that performed my laser was short and curt when I asked her a question about my service. I will not be using her again. Everybody has a bad day once and a while, but rude is rude.

There was an upset client the staff was dealing with. After the client left they started taking about her diabetic problem which I didn’t need to know. There was only one of the 3 employees that didn’t say anything, didn’t comment and she kept professional. One of them was wearing her mask on her chin, nose and mouth uncover. She kept on talking and talking stuff that other clients didn’t need to know about the client that left upset.
