I moved out to Colorado not even a year ago and have been getting electrolysis done with Lisa since the beginning. I have been doing electrolysis for the last few years and although I have had previous negative experiences with other esthetician’s I have felt like I was in good hands since I met her!!! Not only is she considerate of making sure the skin isn’t damaged as well but in general with scheduling and forms of services, she has always been flexible and very attentive in terms of her care with her patients. Highly recommended one of the best there is through and through.

Lisa is awesome! She can always fix my furry face within the time of my session, and answers any questions I have. She pops on a podcast and before I even know it the treatment is done! Lisa is very professional and has a precise and steady hand, which is important for Electrolysis treatments. Before receiving electrolysis, I watched some youtube videos about the process and many people mentioned inflammation issues and breakouts after treatment, I have not experienced any issue with Lisa’s services on upper lip and chin hair removal and recovery time has been minimal with majority of redness subsiding within 2 or 3 hours. Electrolysis been less irritating to my sensitive skin than waxing. I know everyone’s skin will respond differently, but I do think that the precision and steady hand of the technician really matter a lot for quick recovery and effective hair removal. Lisa is thorough and pays close attention to getting all of the most stiff/dark hairs removed during each of my treatments. I highly recommend her for Electrolysis treatments.

RACKETEERING: when A New Look Electrolysis gaslights you into thinking your appointment was at 11:00, you arrive at 11:30 like what was ACTUALLY scheduled, then “Lisa” scolds you about being late to the appointment, does not provide the service and then deletes any evidence of when your appointment is or actually was on your account in their web site, you then return home to a $50 “missed appointment” invoice in your email.

Lisa is wonderful. She explained the whole process thoroughly, was really flexible with scheduling, and is super careful and gentle. I used to think electrolysis was some outdated technology but this process worked way better for me than laser ever did.
