I have received laser hair removal at several other med spas in Rochester but my experience with Pat at A New You was by far the best. Unlike other places in town, A New You uses laser technology instead of IPL, which better targets the hair follicles. Pat is so sweet and knowledgeable as she has been doing this for a long time. They use a real laser, NOT IPL, that will permanently remove my neck hair and make maintaining my beard a million times easier. It has probably been 7 years since I went in for my initial treatment. I had about 7 or so treatments and I still struggle with unwanted hair. Come to find out from another laser treatment center, what was probably being used was an IPL laser which stunts hair growth, therefore, not removing it permanently. Wherever you’re looking to go, find out what treatment is best for you. I am now going to a new laser hair removal clinic and hoping for better (and permanent) results. I kind of feel like I wasted over $1000 for nothing
