Fantastic massage experience!! Staff are extremely friendly and the massage was lovely. I got the 30 minute back massage and my masseur did a phenomenal job, I definitely will be going back for the full hour next time! They went above and beyond and were incredibly professional. The shop has a nice mom and pop feel, and I love how they accept walk-ins.

After having a terrible foot massage a few years ago, I swore I would never go there again. About two years ago, I gave them another chance because this time they were licensed. However, one time as I was laying on the massage table, the owner came in to tell me I could only have a half hour massage, even though I had booked for an hour. Well, last week took the cake. I called at ten in the morning to make an appointment that day for 2:00. The receptionist answered , ” Hello”?, instead of “New King Spa” , how may I help you.” The woman might as well had answered ,” Huh?” or ” What do you want?” She was very rude and ignorant. Any way, I booked an appointment for two that afternoon. When I got there, I was told that I had to wait 30 minutes. I had called to reserve for a two o’clock appointment only to be told I had to wait a half an hour. I told them this and walked out in disgust. Never again. This place is unprofessional while the staff is rude and ignorant. Hey people ! I’m doing you a favor by being a customer not the other way around. I’m done with you.

My daughter and I went to this spa for a massage. The staff are very professional. We didn’t wait long. We both got a 30 min massage and felt very relaxed afterwards. The cost was reasonable, the waiting room and massage rooms where neat and clean. We are going back.
