Horrible customer service & so unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment with the owner, i show up on time & i got there before her. I texted & called & no answer. I get a call 2 hours later saying she was there the whole time which was obviously not true.. She was messy doing the color which she got all over my face, in my ears, & on my sweater. She then styled my hair super curly to the point where i couldn’t tell if my haircut was done right. A few days after i finally wash my hair, i noticed how uneven my haircut is. One side was sooo much shorter than the other, not only that so many imperfections in my hair. I contact her to reschedule so she can fix the issue, once again shows up late & acts as if we never confirmed my appointment. I give her the benefit of the doubt & go once she has shown up only for her to tell me that “i got what i wanted” “a free service & my money back” which i never asked for my money back just wanted my hair fixed. never going back & i hope no one ever goes to her. don’t know how she’s the owner.

So i took my kids to get a haircut it has been awhile since i brought them here again , the owner was starting off to cut my son’s hair and as she is cutting his hair with the machine she cut him on the side of his ear and of course when you get hurt you move and she immediately said she cannot cut a kids hair that does that and complains. Well she is absolutely ridiculous & not right in the head. Who doesn’t say ouch when getting hurt. I want to say more but whatever. Poor service from the owner.

I have been getting a haircut here for the last yr or so and never had any complaints for the girls that had cut may hiar only 2 times did i had a problem. The fist time was the owner and today was her daughter. They are the worst that this place can offer.
