Friendly and professional! I always feel very comfortable here and the massage chairs are fantastic. Tina does an amazing job making sure my dip manicure never looks too thick. I do something different every time and it always looks great, especially ombré!

Pedicure wasn’t too bad, accept for switching techs in the middle of my appointment. I do not recommend dip manicure. There is dip stuck in my cuticles and no actual manicure (lotion or anything). Cost before tip $115. They could tell I was unhappy yet did nothing to compensate, just suggested wash my hands. I will not be going back. Wish my regular awesome salon was open on Sunday.

I’ve been meaning to write a review about this nail salon for a while. I consider this my go to place when I need to get my nails done right. They are a little far from where I live but I don’t mind going here because I know that I can trust them to do a good job on my nails. I would usually have Tina as my nail tech and she was great! The last few times I’ve had someone else. But that’s ok because they also do a good job. I even received a compliment on my pedicure! I definitely recommend this place.

I went in asking for a fill on my acrylic nails and was moved to four different people and one of them was incredibly rude. He kept pushing for me to tell him where I had gotten my nails done before and guilting me for not coming to them the entire time saying that I was taking away their business and kept digging about my personal life and where I lived. Anytime that I would ask for something to be fixed or the polish to cover the whole nail he would get rough and say something really saucy. I had asked for a simple design that I had gotten many times before and he told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t want to do the color that I had picked. Finally he transferred me to another woman who did the same thing. I was just asking for a natural nail color and she got so rude that I finally gave in and got a different color. She then moved me back to the same guy and they laughed and pointed at my nails and kept saying things about me to the other workers around them. I nearly got up and left. The real kicker was at the end of it all, they charged me $65. When I said I had just asked for a fill they made all kinds of excuses about shaping my nails and other things which normally come with a fill.

A coworker very kindly gifted me a $50 gift card to this nail spa, not knowing I will never do my nails again after getting fungus at a different salon a few years ago. When I took the certificate to the store to change the name to regift to someone else, the lady at the front desk said she couldn’t exchange the gift certificate because it was from two years ago. Nowhere on the certificate does it have an expiration date, just that “other places have a 6 month or 1 year expiration date, we don’t but you can use the certificate anytime.” I explained over and over I will not get a manicure or pedicure due to prior bad experiences and offered to get a nail polish to gift to someone else or anything because I will not be using the certificate at all. However, she kept saying I can come for a pedicure anytime and that THEY are super sanitary etc. Wasting $50, no understanding or willing to work with me. 0 for customer service.

I thought I was going to be happy but my technician constantly looking everywhere else while doing my pedicure. And then at first the nails look pretty good when she painted them but then when I look at it closely it’s all around the edges of my big toe. And I still have wax on my heels and on my ankles that she didn’t clean off very well. Disappointed ☹️
