I have been stopping by this place over the course of about 5 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are always attentive, the space is clean and relaxing, and the massages are great. Pedicures are a bit pricey. (Bring cash!) I was here in august and I popped in for a wedding mani and Summer was a gem. She helped me come up with the perfect design and pushed back when she though it would look tacky. She executed it perfectly. I’m headed back there now for another great mani/ pedi/ chair massage. ☺️ For reference these 3 things will run you about $100/ plus or minus.

Happened to be walking by on a weekday with a little time to kill. I wanted to inquire about their chair massages. The store was lit and had a handful of people but the door was locked. I stood there looking stupid for a few moments and then tried once to push instead of pull. A man begins flailing his arms signaling from across the store not to try the door again and brings a pad of paper over. Without opening the door, he holds up a schedule to the window and points to a time in a few hours. I guess if I want to wait a few hours, I could have the privilege of asking my question. The whole thing was bizarre.

10 out of 10 I popped in so last minute and they were able to squeeze me in, even stayed late to finish my adorable mani! Tina and Susan did such a beautiful job! I said Halloween and THEY DELIVERED ❤️ Love love love my little ghost mani, will definitely be going here from now on!

I came for a basic pedicure for me and my child and was hoping for an amazing experience however it was not living to its reviews. My pedicure felt very rushed and the actual filing and nail polish application was not good. They barely even scrubbed my foot, she put a very light coat of polish (polish that I personally brought myself from home) and my nails weren’t even filed straight. Then I also paid $14 for my child. They asked if I just wanted nail painting for her or the actual pedicure and I requested for the pedicure. Yet, her “pedicure” only consisted of the nail tech just dipping her foot in water and painting it, nothing more. Given the high prices, I truly was hoping for a better experience but was let down.

Critical: QualityEverything is lovely here, besides the actual nail work. My pedicure was great, but my hands came out terrible. Went here to get my nails done for my birthday. I paid $108 for UV gel nails that look extremely terrible and nothing like the photo I showed. I showed them over 10 photos and had to settle for flowers that came out terrible. On top of that, I started bleeding on two different fingers due to how my nails were being filed. All of my cuticles have cuts, with two of them being deep enough to bleed. I felt bad for the lady who worked on my hands so I still typed well and paid for the service. However, now I have to get my nails redone again tomorrow. I will be going to another nail salon.
