Critical: Quality, ValueExtremely poor quality. They work was way too fast and produce sloppy results. I went in for both manicure and pedicure. While getting my pedicure another employee did my manicure at the same time while I was sitting in the massage chair. I was in and out in under an hour. The end result looks as if Helen Keller did my toes and Ray Charles did my fingers. I pay good money for this and would have enjoyed it more if they took their time. Extremely poor quality. They work was way too fast and produce sloppy results. I went in for both manicure and pedicure. While getting my pedicure another employee did my manicure at the same time while I was sitting in the massage chair. I was in and out in under an hour. Critical: QualityThey did a horrible job on my nails. Instead of soaking the nail off, she lifted them up tearing off my nail bed. Nails she applied are sharp and incomplete. The applied acrylic was too thin, nails probably gonna break. The entire set of nails looks incomplete!!! Will NEVER go there AGAIN!!!Service: Acrylic nails

DO NOT GET THE OLD MAN…he can’t see and this makes for a horrible and painful experience! He is dangerous with the clippers and not apologetic at all when he draws blood!! He rubbed my skin raw on the tops of my toes using the buffer?! He hit my toenails only about one out of every four strokes! Not to mention it takes him triple the time to do everything. I wouldn’t mind that so much if he did a good job, but another technician had to come behind him and reclip, rebuff, and retrim my cuticles before she could paint. I applaud his efforts of continuing to work at his age, but maybe he could be of better service doing other tasks within the nail shop. He was really good at taking my old polish off.

The service wasn’t as pleasant as the quality of work they perform.The wait time is horrible. If you plan to spend at least 2+ hours for wait time plus the time for your actually service this is the place for you. Prices are about the same compared to the area prices.
