Critical: ProfessionalismWas going to buy product. Door sounded when I walked in. Wasn’t acknowledged. Looked at product, stood there a couple of minutes, still no acknowledgement. Moved from desk area to area where I could be seen. One hairdresser was looking at her cell phone, another was talking to someone at her station and a third one was actually working – washing a customer’s hair. Still no acknowledgement. Needs a bit of updating. Some of the stations are cluttered and starting to show. A lot of wear and tear. Stylists need to sweep up hair and clean before their next client. Need to create a more welcoming and comfortable waiting area.
