Neo nails on Killian is my favorite nail shop in Columbia SC.Sue the owner makes sure all the staff is taken care of in a timely manner. Mary is my normal nail tech if I’m doing dipped but have I’ve been waited on by other techs and all are great. The atmosphere is very friendly and pleasant. I recommend them as the #1 nail shop . I arrived here around 4pm during the weekend was surprised that they weren’t super busy like most nail salons. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, there was music playing on the TV but it wasn’t overpowering or loud like some places. Everyone was professional and Saw took his time on my nails and I absolutely love them and will be back again soon for my refill!

I have been coming here for over a year now and Ms Pam usually does my nails and she is amazing ! But I do not like the manager/owner. I was very respectful when I made a complaint to her about my nails and instead of trying to fix the problem she just ignored me so I will no longer do business there but I hope she learns better communication skills.

I’ve been here twice now, and I’ve been highly satisfied both times. Neo Nails is affordable, clean, and has the best nail service I’ve seen in Columbia so far. I love my newest acrylic set, and the design is so crisp and pretty. I’d recommend this place to absolutely anyone looking to get their nails done. I will definitely be returning♥️

My favorite nail salon! Everyone is so nice and make sure you’re comfortable and are satisfied with your service. I’ve been going to this salon for a year now and haven’t had a bad experience. Wait times are never too long if there is a wait. The salon is beautiful inside and kept very clean. I recommend this salon to everyone and don’t see myself visiting any other salon any time soon.

Ask the girl how much my nails would be and she told me $43. I confirm the price before she proceed with the services and she said “yes $43”. Now it’s time to pay she say oh no it’s $53. I told her that we confirm the price of $43 and she was rude & said “no it’s $53”. It’ll be nice to get my $10 refunded or $10 off a next service (which I know they won’t bc they are stingy & don’t believe in refunds), I just won’t patronize this business anymore.
