I originally picked this place because of the good reviews. I’ve had thick eyebrows my whole life and they were threaded down so much I felt as if I had 2 noodles above my eyes. The lady was really nice but the service was a nightmare. If you just want a clean up, make sure to specify that! Otherwise, you are going to end up with extremely thin eyebrows. It’s been over 2 months and my eyebrows are finally full again.

Neha is absolutely incredible! I have been going to her for 3 years. She is the only person I trust to do my eyebrows. She is always sweet and has great customer service skills. She makes sure that I’m comfortable and happy with the results. I also appreciate that she wears a double mask and a face shield while she is threading. Neha works very hard and the service she provides is not easy. It takes skill and experience. I try really hard to be early or at least on time for my appointments because she is a busy lady and I respect her, her time, her business and her other clients. Keep up the fantastic work Neha!!!

How dare someone who has agreed to the policy and didn’t adhere to it get mad at her and then write a bad review and try to mess up her livelihood…. the nerve! Respect goes both ways. I respect her time and understand this is her livelihood. She respects my time as well and that is lost so many times with people providing a service. This was the best experience I’ve had since I’ve been getting my brows threaded. I’ve had great service but this one was beyond awesome. Neha was so thourough and gave me pointers on how to grow my full length eyebrows back. She was so welcoming. Please go by and see her and get services and you’ll see what I mean. Super satisfied!
