Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to Naz Kupelian for over 10 years, in that time my stylists have come and gone but rather than follow the stylist, I stay with the salon, because it’s that good. First time back since the pandemic and had the best experience. Gina was my stylist and she was excellent. She listened to me and gave me the exact cut that I wanted and did a fantastic job drying and styling my stubborn curly hair. I have been going to Naz Kupelian for over 10 years, in that time my stylists have come and gone but rather than follow the stylist, I stay with the salon, because it’s that good. First time back since the pandemic and had the best experience. Gina was my stylist and she was excellent. She listened to me and gave me the exact cut that I wanted and did a fantastic job drying and styling my stubborn curly hair. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Critical: Quality, ValueWorst experience ever! I wear my hair short and I had had gone to Naz several years back and the back always kept curling up so I left and went to another salon, but wasn’t thrilled, so I went back and went to Naz’ son Azhad and he butchered me. I’m 15 days out and my bangs are still ridiculously short with zero style. Also I asked for a few highlights and I look like a skunk. No toning, but he had no problem dropping a chunk of soap directly into my eye. Also, he talks non-stop. I will NEVER return to this place that I had the pleasure of dropping over $200.00 at.
