I never had my gel manicures last as long as they do since I started going there. They have a great color selection, friendly staff and it’s a super cute and always clean salon. The service is wonderful, they are meticulous about cleanliness and Covid protocols and they do a fantastic job. Appointments can easily be made & confirmed via text message, and I have found them to be very accommodating even during busy times. My nails have never looked better! I’ve been coming here regularly (every 2-3 weeks) since they opened. The service is wonderful, they are meticulous about cleanliness and Covid protocols and they do a fantastic job. Appointments can easily be made & confirmed via text message, and I have found them to be very accommodating even during busy times. My nails have never looked better! I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the Bethesda area.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHave been going here for a year or so and usually get a good manicure. Went in for acrylic fill & the tech did not fill in the nail, she just painted color over it. When I complained, she told me I was wrong and that this is how it is supposed to look. I get acrylics often and know this is not how they should look. I was upset and felt intimidated so, I left the salon and decided to call the manager, I told him how upset I was and he said, he would not redo my nails nor give a discount or refund; he shouted at me and was rude. On top of all of this I was charged $77.00 and acrylics are typically half of this. When I asked why so much, they said they charged me for 2 broken nail fee’s and a long nail fee, really! I feel overcharged and scammed and am upset they they wouldn’t try and make this good. I do not recommend Posh Nails, they clearly tried to take advantage of me with their extra fees’ and tried to fake me out of the service..
