The service is horrible, my service was supposed to be 45 mins, but it was only 30 mins or so . I didn’t receive any service considering as facial in spa . First she cleaned my face and apply a mask on , then she told me to take a nap for 10 mins or so , then she left the room and talked to someone on the phone , then 10 mins she came back and wiped off the mask , then applied few products on my face and she said the service was done , that’s all. No massage, nothing. Basically I just paid for someone to clean my face and apply a mask on then waited and wiped it off which is something I can do at home by myself . This is not considered as spa at all . I saw good.reviews and wanted to give it a try . I wish I could give it zero star. If you are the owner of the spa , please address the issues. I scheduled a facial, lash lift, and brow lamination with Danae and it was AMAZING. All 3 services were perfect and she made my face feel brand new!! She gave me tips on exfoliation and over all it was just a great experience. 10/10 would recommend!
